Amangiri is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Its location is magical; its architecture is unique and blends so well with the natural surroundings. The suites, food, and additional experiences are excellent. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating. Everything about this place was fantastic! The daily prices are really high in comparison to other hotels, but once you stay at Amangiri, you will know why they are so.

Suites
We stayed at an Amangiri suite but assume that the accommodations at the pavilions and homes are as good. The suite was spacious, no detail was spared, the design included all-natural materials which blended beautifully with the surroundings. The linens were of the highest quality and daily service was seamless.
Each suite has an outdoor fireplace, which we enjoyed nightly. The minimal light pollution allowed for magical stargazing. The views and privacy from each suite were unmatched!
Our stay was extremely comfortable and very relaxing! 💯
Dining options at Amangiri hotel
The price of the Amangiri suites includes all meals and non-alcoholic beverages. Snacks and water are available at the reception area.
The Amangiri restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows that allow diners to enjoy uninterrupted views of the sunrises and sunsets. Guests can dine indoor or outdoor by the pool for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant has an open kitchen and the menu items take inspiration from Native American cuisine. Everything we had during our stay was outstanding – ingredients were fresh, dishes were creative, and the presentation was beautiful. We tried the tasting menu as well and enjoyed every bite. Additionally, we explored wines from Colorado and New Mexico, which we really liked. The staff was extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Room service was also available, and the quality of the food matched that of the main restaurant. Enjoying lunch or dinner on your private terrace, surrounded by the beauty of nature, felt like a really special treat.
Finally, the staff sent us on our way with a freshly made picnic, which we thoroughly enjoyed in Zion National Park – a great way to end a magical stay at Amangiri.
Pool, spa, and additional activities
The Amangiri pool is absolutely stunning. Carved into the surrounding rocks, it is ideal for lounging and relaxing. Order some drinks and enjoy some quiet time.
The Amangiri Spa looks over the beautiful canyon rock formations and has five treatment rooms. It has a dedicated oversized outdoor jacuzzi, a plunge pool, steam rooms and a sauna. You can use all the facilities as a hotel guest or as part of your treatment. Expert therapists provide a variety of services inspired by the local Navajo traditions. We absolutely loved the treatments and attention to detail.
Finally, the hotel offers a variety of experiences on and offsite. You can participate in morning and/or evening guided hikes right on the hotel premises. They are easy and very enjoyable. For an additional charge, you can book assisted climbing tours on the Via Ferrara, horseback riding, Slot Canyon tours, a visit to nearby Lake Powell and more. You really can do as little or as much as you want at Amangiri, and much of it is right on property.
